They're Spying on me...

A black box has just 'appeared' on a lampost near our house...

It is padlocked shut, and padlocked to the frame on the lampost. It's secured about 8-12 foot up, and has no visible wires, sensors or function... what could it be ?

Q: I did terribly on the midterm, but only because for some reason I didn't try or do the work. Actually I'm very smart and if I had tried, I could have done as well here as I do in my other classes.
