For those of you who don't know, BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) is a Grid computing application that grew out of the SETI@Home project from Berkley university in the good old US of A.
I Run BOINC, and currently provide computing power to SETI@Home to search for Aliens, Rosetta Stone to do protein folding for medical research, ClimatePrediction.net to model the future of the planet's climate and the world community grid which doesmore medical research.
